Soundhouse ATX produces corporate events across Austin and Central Texas: keynotes, conferences, town halls, offsites, galas and product launches. We bring the sound, video and lighting, put a dedicated show lead at the mixing desk, and deliver, run and strike everything ourselves.

What every production includes
- Consultation and system design. We size the system to your headcount, room and program.
- A dedicated show lead. One person at the mixing desk for the whole event, not just at setup.
- Delivery, setup, strike and pickup. We are full service only. No self pickup and no a la carte gear drops.
- Venue coordination. We confirm load-in times, dock access, power and house requirements with your venue before event day.
- Professional gear. Speakers and mixers from QSC, RCF, Soundcraft and Allen & Heath, Shure wireless microphones, projectors, screens and 85-inch displays.
What it costs
Most corporate keynotes, town halls and conferences land between $5,000 and $15,000. Headcount, the number of presenters and rooms, and whether you need video and lighting decide where you land. Where we work
We produce events across Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop counties: downtown Austin and the Convention Center district, East Austin, South Congress, the Domain and North Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, San Marcos and Bastrop. How fast can I get a quote?
Within 24 hours of getting your date, venue, headcount and program.
Can you work at my hotel?
Usually, yes. Many hotels charge patch, power or supervision fees when you bring an outside AV company, so ask for the full list before you sign the venue contract. We coordinate directly with the venue's event manager.
How big an event can you handle?
We design systems for audiences up to 1,000 people.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Book earlier for dates near SXSW, Austin City Limits or Formula 1 weekend at Circuit of the Americas, when crews fill up.
